Accessibility

We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible, including customers using screen readers, keyboard navigation, zoom or high-contrast settings.

Where we are

• The main public pages are built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA in their structure, contrast and keyboard behaviour.
• The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus states and a skip-to-content link, and respects your device’s light or dark preference.
• Some older, less-used pages and internal staff tools have not yet been brought fully up to that standard. We are working through them rather than claiming the whole site is compliant.

Colour and previews

Colour is central to what we sell, and we know it is not perceived the same way by everyone. Colour names and codes are always given in text alongside swatches, and staff can describe a shade and send a physical sample where the choice matters.
